A 29-year-old woman in her second pregnancy presents at 36 weeks of gestation with a palpable mass in her right groin for two weeks. The mass is not painful or tender. It has slowly increased in size over time. No other symptoms are present. Her pregnancy has been otherwise uncomplicated so far. Her first pregnancy was uneventful. Her medical and surgical histories are unremarkable. She is not on any medications. There is no history of allergies.
